Retrieve and prepare new orders from printer Scan worksheets and save to the share drive Obtain the backup for orders and quotes as needed Create SALESAMPLE and USALCUSTOMER orders for customers as needed Enter work orders for customer returns Customer returns-coordinate schedule of pickups and updating computer notes Performs filing, scanning, and copying of documents Invoice completed sales orders daily Data entry for quotes with list of materials Process canceled orders Process Problems & Changes (P&C's) for sales orders Warranty processing USAL-FAB Review IQ21B Updates Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager What We're Looking For:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
