- Registering all guests in our guest book upon entering our model home - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized model home - Assist with receiving packages to model home - Light cleaning, sweeping and wiping down to ensure a seamless experience - Assist in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Experience:
- Previous experience in as a Sales Assistant or Model Home Concierge - Familiarity with new home construction or worked for a builder previously is helpful - Joyful with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Social Media understanding is helpful, but not required for the right candidate If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy talking with people you would be a wonderful addition to our team! Please note that this position may require occasional flexibility from time to time.
