Garden Center.
Operations include:
- Growing trees - Selling trees, plants, fruit and herbs.
- Landscaping services to retail, wholesale and government customers.
Duties - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office.
Including Shopify, Quickbooks, Google calendar and sheets.
- Coordinate and schedule installations with contractors and customers.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries consistently.
- Ensure an efficient record-keeping system and detailed customer information.
- Working days are Tuesday to Saturday - 8 am to 5pm Skills - Proficiency with manging phone - Strong front customer service skills - Excellent organizational, attention to detail and multitasking abilities Bilingual is a plus.
Gardening and landscaping knowledge or past experience is another plus.
