As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facility.
This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities - Manage and supervise facilities plant services including Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules - Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order - Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff - Collaborate with vendors and contractors as necessary Requirements - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management - Strong problem-solving abilities - Experience in project management is preferred - Ability to fabricate parts or components is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for maintenance and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this position.
