We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager who will oversee New Product Development and Sustainability.
You will be successful in this position if you have the capacity to do the following duties:
Strategize and manage new product development activities.
Manage and coordinate sustainability efforts on existing products.
Ensure regulatory compliance with appropriate agencies (DOE, EPA, UL, ASHRAE).
Manage and maintain the ECN process.
Coordinate and ensure proper vendor and component qualifications.
Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable for accomplishment of company and departmental goals and responsibilities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
5 to 10 years of previous Engineering experience.
5
years of people management experience, including coaching and mentoring, performance management, and team building experience with a strategic mindset.
Experience in thermodynamics, refrigeration application engineering, and electronic controls.
HVACR industry experience.
Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently.
Excellent people and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
