There is do direct patient contact in this office.
At Total Care 2 U, we see patients via telemedicine and we have Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants that conduct in-home appointments.
In this position, the receptionist will triage in coming calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel.
Job duties:
Triage and transfer calls appropriately.
Assist patient and home health agencies with basic questions.
This is a highly Patient Care/Customer Service focused position.
We love our patients and want to provide them with the best care and experience possible!! Key Success Factors:
Must be comfortable speaking with patients on the phone all day long.
Skill in the use of computers and related software applications Verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal skills Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills This position is an in-office role with hours of operation Monday-Friday, 8:
