Summary:
Support all administrative functions necessary to improve the daily efficiency needed to meet productivity on a consistent basis.
Maintain high levels of service for internal and external personnel through various tasks and duties assigned.
Primary Functions:
Create reports as requested by the department manager.
Perform a variety of job functions using the following systems:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook), Crystal Reports, QlikView.
Conduct order research and compose professional email responses to all inquiries received.
Answer and redirect incoming calls, ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and daily.
Ability to coach and cross-train on all daily functions to help strengthen team knowledge and awareness of proper processing of daily transactions.
Keep work area safe, organized, and clean according to general office practices and OSHA requirements daily.
Other duties as deemed necessary.
