This role provides the opportunity to interact with patients, Physical Therapist and therapy aides as we strive to deliver an excellent experience to each person that we encounter.
It is our goal for our patients to receive customer service that leaves them feeling like family members.
We make first contact with patients to schedule initial evaluations and utilize scheduling software to maintain daily schedules for fourteen Physical Therapist.
Other responsibilities include, collection of co-pays and co-insurances and navigation of the practice EMR.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
