M-F 7a-2p M-F 2p-7p 3 nights per week:
7a-3p Weekends S and S Job Description Ultimate Home Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide assistance in daily living activities, personal care and hygiene, to our Ultimate Home Healthcare clients in their homes.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with one year experience working as a caregiver in a healthcare environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, family and other caregivers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take pride in providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
COVID 19 Vaccination approved exemption status Duties include but are not limited to:
Transporting clients to doctors appointments Transporting clients to outings Meal preparation and assistance with daily personal hygiene (e.
g.
dressing and eating) Household support including laundry, meal preparation and cleaning Personal care including transportation of light physical tasks (e.
g.
washing bedding) Safety and security including locking all doors and windows at night Companionship for the patients during their everyday activities Post-acute care following discharge from the facility including ongoing support via telephone or email We would like to thank everyone who applies for this position!
