We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our families and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Excellent customer support skills with the ability to provide exceptional service - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
