Overview of Position:
The selected candidate will handle complex litigation matters for a diverse business clientele, with a focus on commercial and construction litigation, real estate law, and business and real estate transactional matters.
This position is based in Waxahachie, but also provides support to our New Braunfels office.
Responsibilities:
Engage in all litigation phases, from drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, to depositions, evidentiary hearings, and trials.
Utilize strong legal writing skills to draft substantive motions, contracts, and appellate briefs.
Collaborate effectively within our team and contribute to a positive working environment.
Preferred
Qualifications:
3-8 years of relevant litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials and excellent attention to detail.
Active Texas law license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
First chair trial experience is an asset, though not a requirement.
