At Total Care 2 U, we see patients via telemedicine and we have Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants that conduct in-home appointments.
In this position, the scheduler will work closely with a LVN/ RN and a MA to help schedule out our Providers.
Job duties:
Schedule both in home and telemedicine schedules.
The scheduler will communicate close with Home Health Companies to help assist schedule our patients.
Maintain organized schedules for our providers.
This is a highly Patient Care/Customer Service focused position.

Must be comfortable speaking with patients on the phone all day long.
Skill in the use of computers and related software applications Verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal skills Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills Job Type:
