The Logistics & Customer Service Associate will be responsible for scheduling build projects across a multi-state territory via telephone and email.
He/she will coordinate the logistics of the entire process once a sale has been made, making sure all paperwork and permits are in order and shared with the customer, the production department, and the contractors.
The primary role consists of, but is not limited to:
Provide customers with an outstanding service experience Successfully multi-task with attention to detail Work with limited supervision Maintain a positive working environment and constantly communicate with the production team and contractors Other duties as required.
Experience and Education Requirements:
High school or equivalent You must have at least 1 year Customer Service experience General computer skills, including experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to Work Independently Have a strong work ethic Must be able to undergo and pass a background check Compensation:

Monday - Friday from 8:
