Provide administrative support to the Property Managers Clear and professional communication via phone and emails Provide property information to potential tenants and buyers Check out keys for property viewings File paperwork in office Requirements:

years of customer service experience required Spanish verbal and written proficiency is required Excellent oral and written communication skills Willingness to maintain client confidentiality Attendance and punctuality Neat Casual Attire Preferred Attributes:
Friendly phone manner Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Word and Excel Prior knowledge of Ellis CAD

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
