Buffalo Creek is a beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care Community conveniently located in Waxahachie, TX. We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our leadership team as the Business Office Manager. This position will be responsible for the following duties handling payroll, accounts receivable/accounts payable, rent roll, setting up resident files, answering phones, coordinating office paperwork, managing front desk personnel and other office manager duties as needed.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 2 or more year(s) general office or bookkeeping experience including experience with AR/AP and payroll. Good office management skills, ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions, and the ability to work general office equipment and have a working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel). The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, good organization skills, and an attention to detail. The ability to work on weekends and holidays is also important.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
