STEEEP Care Analyst Job

The STEEEP Care Analyst collects and analyzes data for patterns, quality improvement and quality compliance. Collects data for Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) core measures and other clinical studies. Develops processes and procedures for data handling and submission. Develops databases and compiles data from existing databases. Analyzes, interprets and reports data to provide information related to quality and utilization. Identifies trends, profiles, and patterns and reports findings. Uses statistical tools to analyze data, including trend analysis and control charts. Assists with Texas Medical Foundation (TMF) audits. Facilitates Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Teams, monitors quality indicators, documents recommendations, action plans and follow-up activities. Assists teams in evaluating the effectiveness of action plans. Prepares reports using graphs, tables, and narratives. Summarizes data in executive reports for presentation to various audiences, including Medical Staff and Administration. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, RN licensure, and 4 years of experience.
